Vietnam Production Base
In 2019, to expand the production of projects and provide anti-dumping solutions to clients, we started to establish a 140,000m² production base in Vietnam, integrating R&D, production, sales, etc., with R&D, production, sales, and other service systems. It mainly produces tile trim, fence, and metal plate hardware in aluminum and steel for buildings.
Raw Material Selection
Our aluminum ingots are sourced from Malaysia or Australia and then converted into extruded aluminum bars. We add trace elements such as magnesium to make aluminum rods to ensure no scrap aluminum is mixed in, so we can strictly control quality and provide aluminum products that meet the highest standards.
5000+ Molding
We have more than 5000+ molds and 12 fully automatic aluminum production lines to meet clients' needs. We also have a professional R&D department to develop and produce products that conform to modern trends. We can also draw design drafts and open molds according to clients' samples.
Extrusion Production Line
Ghonor Vietnam has 12 extrusion production lines with tonnage ranging from 600T to 2500T, with a monthly output of 4000-4500 tons. Our advanced extrusion technology allows us to efficiently produce high-quality products, making us an industry leader.
Punching Machine
We have 8 punching machines. Our regular holes are round, triangular holes, and king holes. They can be punched together or at intervals. We also accept customized holes from clients.
Brushed Production Line
We have two brushed machines, each with its unique effect, and we can meet any of your requirements. Our advanced brushing technology delivers a blurred and matte finish, giving your decor a professional look.
Polish Workshop
Our company now has the most advanced three-head and two-orbit polishing machines. This innovative technology allows us to produce aluminum products with high efficiency and stunning reflective surfaces. The result is a sleek, sophisticated, scratch- and stain-resistant look, perfect for modern, upscale environments.
Full-Automatic Anodizing Workshop
Our newly upgraded automatic anodizing lines greatly improve production efficiency. Monthly production can reach 5 million pieces/month, and product quality and consistency are ensured.
We own the only bright anodizing production line in northern Vietnam, capable of producing colors such as gold, black, and titanium. Products up to 3.2 meters long can be processed. We use equipment and core technology from China, and the quality of anodized products can be comparable to products from a Chinese factory.
Powder Coated Production Line
We have two vertical powder-coated lines, one horizontal powder-coated line, and one vertical powder-coated line. The longest product that can be made is 7 meters, and the maximum production capacity is 1800 tons.
Thermal Transfer Printing Workshop
We have a dedicated heat transfer printing workshop to produce products with wood grain or marble grain surfaces. The product will be powder coated first(the color is based on wood grain), and then the wood grain film paper will be placed on the product for high-temperature transfer. The process produces no chemical by-products or strong odors, making it environmentally friendly and safe to use.

Warehouse in Vietnam
