Installing flat aluminium threshold strips is easier than other styles of floor transition strips. Follow the steps below when installing flat aluminum threshold strips:

1. Measure the length and width of the doorway where the threshold strip is to be installed.

2. Use a saw to cut the threshold strip to the required length.

3. Before applying adhesive to the underside of the threshold strip, make sure the surface is clean and free of dust and debris.

4. Apply a generous amount of adhesive to the threshold strip and stick it to the floor.

5. Allow the adhesive to dry according to the manufacturer's instructions before allowing anyone to cross the threshold.

We strictly control product quality during the production process. All extruded billets are placed separately to avoid direct damage to the materials. In addition, we use a fully automatic oxidation line. All floor transition strips are hung separately in the hanger and automatically transported by the machine for oxidation and air drying to ensure quality and quantity.
