The modern minimalist style demands a more seamless space. Our "3-millimeter stainless steel floor trims" design aims to replace the wide and cumbersome decorative tile trims with ultra-narrow metal lines, it is suitable for various kinds of application:

• Floor Transition Design: It can achieve a seamless and contactless transition between different materials (such as large-sized tiles and artificial wood or micro cement).
• Floor Decorative Mosaic: Use elegant geometric metal grids to break up large areas of marble or terrazzo, making it more layered.
• Wall Corners Finishing: Strengthen the treatment at the external 90-degree tile corners to resist impact, while creating clear and sharp edges.
• Casing Panels and Baseboard Decorations: As a high-end decorative divider between different vertical wall decorations (such as wood veneer and stone decorative panels).

Its width is only 3 millimeters, which is in an extremely narrow state. Therefore, in commercial application environments, the strength of the material must not be compromised.

1. Why do we prefer 304 stainless steel for high-traffic projects?

In airports, shopping malls or hotels, the floors have to withstand luggage, carts and countless footfalls every day. If you choose aluminum floor trims, it might get scratched or deformed after a short period of time. But the strength of SUS 304 stainless steel is equivalent to that of aluminum, and it can particularly withstand pressure. It is unlikely to deform and can maintain a lasting appearance.

2. Commercial cleaning is also completely worry-free.

In public places, powerful cleaning agents are used to thoroughly disinfect and clean large areas every day. Many materials start to show discoloration within a few months. The greatest advantage of stainless steel is its

corrosion resistance and chemical resistance. No matter how it is cleaned, it can maintain its original surface.

• High-quality production process: Our 3mm floor transition strip is made by precisely cutting the stainless steel sheet first, then precisely grooving it, and finally folding it. Since this style is relatively small, the technical skills of the workers are required to be very high.
• Punching: After the stainless steel edge trim is bent, it will undergo automated drilling. The holes are usually triangular or circular, and custom hole shapes can also be provided.
• Protective film: We use a durable protective film that is not prone to peeling. Even after being stored for two years, it is not easy to leave any adhesive residue when torn. Moreover, the protective film is thick enough to ensure that the surface of the stainless steel will not be scratched during handling and installation.

 Different project fields require specific functional designs. Here is a quick selection guide based on the functions we commonly provide:

• 3mm square shaped/U-shaped: The most suitable for modern minimalist lines, and for breaking up large areas of marble/stone floor or wall decorative lines.
• T-shaped: It is an ideal solution for the smooth transition between different materials (such as tiles to wood flooring), capable of handling thermal expansion.
• L-shaped: Perfectly creates a minimalist edge that is "hidden and revealed", which can both protect the tiles and only expose the smooth and slender metal lines.
• Round corners: For places such as hotels, hospitals, and schools that require safety, rounded edges, and ease of sterile maintenance, round corners are the gold standard in the hotel and healthcare industries.

Our high-end colors (brushed gold, mirror gold, brushed black) are achieved through PVD electroplating technology, which enables titanium molecules to be attached to the steel surface at the atomic level.

> Why does each color/style have a minimum order quantity requirement of 500 pieces?

That is because we want to ensure the consistency of the color in each batch. The PVD technology requires a unified production process. For large projects, bulk purchasing ensures that each sample in every layer can perfectly match under bright building lighting - completely avoiding the color differences that are common in small batch and mixed batch orders.
