This is a post shared by Ms. C from Ghonor about her clients:
Since I started doing business, I have met many customers with different personalities. Mr. A from Russia has become one of the customers that impressed me the most.
On the RFQ page of our company's online platform, I accidentally found this customer's purchase demand for aluminum skirting board accessories and began to actively send messages to ask for detailed purchase requirements and ask him about skirting accessories.
I was very happy to get a reply the next day, and he told me in detail that the product he was looking for was zinc alloy plug accessories for aluminum skirting board accessories. Provide me with the quantity (10,000 sets), color, product drawings, and other information. The process was very smooth at the beginning.
In the following time, I kept communicating with the customer about the details of the quotation, provided real product pictures and videos, and sent samples to the customer for confirmation. After everything was communicated and confirmed, we needed to sign a purchase contract.
Since all orders in Russia require the signing of a purchase contract before payment can be applied for through the local bank, we spent some time reviewing and negotiate the amount and terms in the contract. Finally, with the unremitting efforts of both parties, we found the most suitable transfer method and completed the first trial order.
The main reason for the deep impression is that we constantly discovered some new problems during the negotiation or production process. As we all know, once many customers know that there are new problems with the order, their first reaction is to be suspicious, angry, and refuse to communicate (this is not the customer's problem, this is because we are all online contact, not real face-to-face communication, so customers will have concerns and doubts); but I am very grateful to Mr. A for being very tolerant and saying that we can work together to solve these problems, constantly giving us affirmation and encouragement in our work, and we have always maintained a sincere and proactive attitude to provide customers with different solutions and finally get the best solution.

When a problem occurs, we can give ourselves some time to buffer and calm down our minds. At this time, the inspiration for solving the problem that bursts out of our heads will be more conducive to us thinking of faster and more appropriate methods, so I am very grateful for the positive energy he taught me in this order. Every customer is special. Only good service can attract high-quality customers. They complement each other. Of course, all our business achievements come from the recognition and support of every customer. We also hope that we can do better and better with each other. If you are also from Russia and happen to be interested in our skirting accessories, but you don't know how to trade better with China, please contact us. Our business C will give you good service and solutions.
