We are very happy to cooperate successfully with Mr. A, a Saudi customer, and placed a large order of 38,000 customized aluminum corner trims in the first order.
From virtual consultation to on-site collaboration:
We and Mr. A established contact with us on the online B2B platform in October 2024. He told us about the general needs of the product and drew a drawing to inquire about the price. We made a preliminary quotation for him based on his drawing.
Because the customer had not purchased this kind of product before and was not completely familiar with the product, I used my professional knowledge to discuss with the customer to determine the final details of the product and the special color required by the customer, and we also provided a color card for the customer to choose, and recommended the most popular color numbers and styles according to the local market and architectural style. We made a second quotation and agreed to meet when we participated in the Saudi Arabia-Riyadh exhibition, so we had the first meeting at the Saudi Arabia exhibition.
The second meeting was a month after the exhibition. The customer flew to China to visit our headquarters and factory and confirmed the final product details of the order with us in person. Our professional engineering team quickly drew the drawings according to the customer's needs, confirmed the weight of the aluminum corner trims mold, and quickly sent the PI to the customer. The order has been confirmed and the customer is paying.
