Delivering 20,000 Pcs of Floor Transition Strips to Europe Tax-Free
We recently finalized a new partnership with a European distributor, Mr. F, securing an order for 20,000 aluminum floor transition strips. As a newly developed client, Mr. F initially found Ghonor through our official website and reached out to discuss potential cooperation.
Sample Confirmation & Production
During our initial discussions, the client was highly interested in our custom wood-grain finish. To ensure the color and texture matched his local flooring perfectly, we exchanged physical samples.
Once Mr. F approved our sample quality, the project moved forward smoothly:
- The client placed the order with a 30% deposit to initiate pre-production sampling.
- After the pre-production sample was confirmed, our factory immediately began bulk manufacturing.

Solving the Anti-Dumping Duty Issue
A major challenge for European buyers importing aluminum profiles from China is the heavy anti-dumping duty, which can range from 30% to 100%.
To solve this problem, we utilized our dual-production base strategy. Since Ghonor operates a large-scale manufacturing facility in Vietnam, we produced and exported this order directly from our Vietnam factory. By providing a legitimate Certificate of Origin (C/O), we helped Mr. F import the goods into Europe tax-free, significantly protecting his profit margins.
