Ghonor at BATIMAT 2026: Good Conversations, Real Feedback, and Why Our Three-Factory Setup is Turning Heads in Paris

If you happened to walk down the aisles at Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles this week, you probably noticed how busy things got. BATIMAT 2026 is winding down its run through October 1st, and our team at Hall 1, Booth H1-J102 has been right in the middle of it all.

To be honest, packing up samples and flying out to Paris isn't just about handing out catalogs. For us at Ghonor, it's about meeting our European partners face-to-face, hearing what contractors are struggling with on actual jobsites, and showing people what we've been working on lately.

What Visitors Were Actually Talking About at Our Booth

We brought a solid mix of our everyday best-sellers to Paris, and the display racks got plenty of hands-on attention. People spent a good amount of time checking out:

Our classic Tile Trims and Metal Transition Strips for clean floor joints.

Stair Nosings and Skirting boards built for heavy commercial traffic.

Everyday contractor favorites like Tile Accessories and Tile Leveling Systems.

Our wider lineup including Furniture Accessories, Bathroom Accessories, Tile Grout, and LED Profiles.

Instead of just looking at the finishes, a lot of the visitors were architects and buyers who wanted to talk about specs, thickness tolerance, and how these profiles hold up over years of wear and tear.

The Big Topic: Navigating Tariffs with Our Three-Factory Model

While the product quality got a nod of approval, the conversation almost always drifted toward supply chain headaches. Let's face it-importing building materials into Europe and North America isn't getting any simpler these days.

That's why our tri-factory setup spanning China, Vietnam, and Cambodia became the main talking point with nearly every major distributor who stopped by.

When buyers realized we aren't tied down to just one country, you could see the relief on their faces. Being able to shift production, dodge heavy anti-dumping duties, and rely on stable shipping routes out of Vietnam and Cambodia gives our clients a real safety net. Several partners spent quite a while digging into how this model can protect their profit margins for upcoming projects next year.

Let's Catch Up

The energy in Paris has been fantastic, and we're heading back with a notebook full of custom project requests and great new connections.

If you are currently in Paris and haven't dropped by yet, you still have until October 1st to catch us at Hall 1, Booth H1-J102.

Couldn't make it to France this time? No problem at all. Drop us a message whenever you're ready, and let's talk about how our factories in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia can support your next project.
