Ghonor are glad to announce another milestone in our global business journey - the successful signing of an order for 7 containers of custom aluminum extrusion products, valued at about USD 400,000, for a key client in Israel. This achievement not only reflects the trust and confidence our customers place in us, but also demonstrates the combined strength of our Vietnam production base, our professional sales team, and our united company-wide effort.

The journey began on December 24, 2024, when Mr. H (anonym), the client, contacted us via our official website with an inquiry about monthly procurement volumes of 60–70 tons. Without an in-house R&D team, the customer relied on Ghonor's engineering expertise to transform scattered drawings and ideas into a complete, workable product design.

Despite the inquiry coinciding with year-end holidays and the Chinese Spring Festival, our sales team - led by Jacky - maintained uninterrupted communication, ensuring timely responses and technical feedback. This unwavering commitment during holiday periods underscored our dedication to customer success.

After the Spring Festival, the client visited for an on-site factory audit. Ghonor's Vietnam manufacturing facility, equipped with large-scale extrusion capacity, fully automated production lines, and integrated surface finishing capabilities, impressed the client with its ability to handle complex, high-volume, and precision-demanding projects.

Our Vietnam base not only ensures competitive lead times and favorable trade advantages for markets like Israel, but also offers stable large-batch consistency - a critical factor for this project's long-term potential.

In the month following the first audit, Ghonor's engineering and production teams focused on solving the structural challenges of the client's welded components, while organizing and finalizing the entire product series' drawings and prototypes. Upon the client's second visit in mid-year, a thorough review and comparison of samples took place, leading to the final confirmation of this trial order for seven containers.

This method, coupled with the client's willingness to provide full prepayment after sample approval, highlights the deep trust placed in Ghonor's capabilities.
