We are aware that importing aluminum profiles to the United States and Canada requires dealing with complex anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties (AD/CVD).

To ensure the profit margins of customers in Europe, America, and Australia and protect their businesses from tariff penalties, we adopted a dual-base manufacturing model. A large number of orders destined for the markets in North America, Europe, and Australia can be directly produced and shipped from our existing factory in Vietnam. This provides a completely compliant, duty-free import route and complete origin certificates, bypassing the high tariffs imposed on direct shipments from China.

The three important functions of the anti-slip aluminum stair nosing trim:

1. Structural edge protection

The front edge of the stair treads is prone to wear, cracks and surface abrasion. Therefore, it is recommended to install stair nosing trims around the stair corners. This can protect the front edge of the stairs from wear and tear, thereby avoiding high costs caused by structural damage and extending the lifespan of the stairs.

2. Anti-slip and injury reduction

Public stairs must have good anti-slip performance to reduce legal liabilities related to the facilities. The extrusion process forms raised and highly frictional grooves on the tread surface. This design enhances the friction between the pedestrian's shoe sole and the stair surface, making the stairs safer and more reliable in various weather conditions.

3. Visual identification and aesthetics

Stairs should match the interior design of the building. We offer various design options, including standard matte silver, luxurious gold, and pure black bare aluminum stair borders. These choices allow you to perfectly match the trim with the floor material, serving both decorative purposes and the function of identifying safety.

• Corrosion resistance: Our products have undergone a rigorous chemical oxidation treatment process. This surface treatment method ensures that the material will not rust, change color, or corrode even when exposed to water or commercial cleaning chemicals for a long time.
• Structural stability: Compared to polyvinyl chloride or thin-gauge metal materials, our heavy-duty construction aluminum products will not deform, bend, or be damaged when continuously subjected to heavy loads.
• Simple maintenance process: Maintaining the cleanliness of public stairwells does not require the use of specialized equipment. The low-profile groove geometry facilitates the removal of debris. Facility cleaning staff can quickly remove accumulated dust, dirt, and debris using standard commercial brooms or vacuum cleaners.
