• Surface anodizing: The minimum thickness is 10 microns. A thin oxide layer (less than 6 microns) will wear off within several months in high-flow channels, exposing the bare metal.
• Punching and blind hole drilling: Ensure that the pre-drilled holes are correctly processed for blind hole drilling, so that the screw heads are perfectly flush with the profile surface of the profile.
• Export packaging combination: Each product must be individually covered with a PE protective film. The main transport carton must be equipped with side panels and wrapped with plastic to prevent bending during sea transportation.
