Mr M has a characteristic. He is very serious about his work. If he has new ideas and problems, he will communicate with us by phone immediately. However, due to the time difference between Saudi Arabia and China, we usually receive Mr M's calls from time to time late at night in China time. However, our sales manager Mr JK did not get impatient because the customer affected his rest. Instead, he communicated with customers more carefully. To serve customers well, he ensured that all customer calls could be answered, and communicated with customers in detail about tile leveling system samples and prices.
