We seized the time before and after the Chinese National Day holiday to send the quotation and materials to the customer. Because we responded quickly and the customer responded promptly, we quickly reached the stage of negotiating prices.
Mr. Z conducted several rounds of price negotiations, and Mr. Z finally confirmed the product and price and then asked us to send a sample of the aluminum alloy arc sealing strip.
After sending the sample, the customer changed his mind and hoped that we would quote according to the color of the sample. It happened that our business manager J was attending the Saudi Arabian exhibition. While attending the exhibition, he modified the requirements for the customer and re-quoted. After receiving the new quotation, the customer quickly confirmed the plan.
Just when all the order details were confirmed and ready to place the order, the customer changed his mind and said he wanted to reduce the quantity to 110,321 pieces because he was worried that the container would be overweight. So we needed to re-arrange a new quotation. After many rounds of communication, on November 7, the customer finally finalized the order, an order for 40GP aluminum alloy trim strips.
